Air Your Blanket
Providing air ventilation is the best way to freshen up your blanket. Give it a good shake and hang the blanket outside for a while. You can do this as often as you like.
Washing
Wool is difficult to stain, but, if you need to wash it, use a delicate or gentle cycle and specified wool detergents. Hand wash or machine wash, using cold water (max. 30°C/86°F). Don't use softeners as this may cause pilling. Lay flat or line dry. The blanket has been pre-washed to prevent shrinkage.
Pilling
Pilling is a sign of a high-quality yarn. It is simply a natural and normal process, don't fret. It occurs in the early stages of the garment's lifecycle as the loose fibers make their way to the surface. After a few wears, pilling will happen less and less over time. You can gently brush your blanket with a de-pilling comb as needed.
